Refund Policy

  • If a refund or cancelation request is made 48 hours or more prior to final delivery of the order, a 95% refund will be refunded to the payment method used for the order. The remaining 5% is to cover irreversible credit card fees on our end.
  • If the request is made within 48 hours of final delivery, 50% of the paid amount is available for refund. 
  • If the order is placed within 48 hours of delivery date, and a refund is requested, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded to the customer.
  • A refund will only be issued in the identical form in which initial payment was received, no cash or alternative credit can be issued. 
  • Alternative to a refund, a customer can choose to apply the full order amount to a future order.
  • For prepaid subscriptions, a refund can be requested and fulfilled within 4 weeks of purchase date. After 4 weeks of purchase, no refund can be offered.
  • Allow 3-5 business days for all refunds, depending on your financial institution.
