- If a customer requests a refund or cancellation within the time the order is placed and 48 hours prior to final delivery of the order, the order amount will be refunded with a 10% processing fee withheld.
- Allow 3-5 business days for a refund, depending on your financial institution.
- If a refund or cancelation 48 hours or more prior to final delivery of the order, a 90% refund will be refunded to the payment method used for the order.
- If the request is made within 48 hours of final delivery, 50% of the paid amount is available for refund.
- If the order is placed within 48 hours of delivery date, and a refund is requested, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded to the customer.
- A refund will only be issued in the identical form in which initial payment was received, no cash or alternative credit can be issued.
- Alternative to a refund, a customer can choose to apply the full order amount to a future order.
