What type of food do you serve? We serve cuisine-driven dishes with a healthful focus. Each week, our chefs develop a brand new menu with six unique dishes from cuisines all across the globe. We offer both plant-based an omnivorous options. Fresh, and always flavorful.
Is the menu fixed? Can I make substitutions? At this time, the menu must be ordered as is. Each “meal set” comes with six dishes (one of each menu item on the current menu). No substitutions unless they’re due to food alllergies/dietary restrictions, which we will do our best to accommodate.
How many people does one meal set feed? How many people is each dish intended for? Each meal set contains one of each item on the current menu and each menu item is portioned for one person. So, one meal set contains six dishes each portioned for one person.
I have allergies and/or food restrictions. Can you accommodate that? Yes! While we can’t accommodate every diet, we sure try to. Please reach out to us if you have serious food allergies/restrictions (e.g. gluten/nut/dairy allergies), and be sure to signify any such allergies/restrictions in your order notes.
How do I order? Place your order online here. Orders must be placed before 10AM SATURDAY each week. Credit card or PayPal only.
Are you delivery only? At this time we are delivery only. See below for our delivery area.
What is your delivery fee? Unless you’re outside of our delivery area, delivery is free of charge. If you’re outside of our delivery area, we may be able to to you for an additional $5 fee.
What is your delivery area? We delivery to Lincoln, Omaha, Columbus, and Beatrice. We also serve surrounding areas/suburbs, but its best that you reach out to us prior to ordering if you live outside of these cities. If you’re outside of our delivery area, we may be able to deliver to you for an additional $5 fee.
When are deliveries made? Deliveries are made every Sunday. Times are as follows: Lincoln 10am-2pm, Beatrice 12-2pm, Omaha/suburbs 11am-3pm, and Columbus 12-4pm.
How do I receive my order/how does the food arrive? Your food arrives in an insulated cooler bag with a large ice pack. With respect to COVID-19 precautions, our drivers wear masks, gloves, and strive to make delivery as safe, easy, and contact-free as possible. We’ll drop your order at the specified address and text with a delivery notification if no one is home.
Do I need to be home at the time of delivery? While it’s not necessary that you’re home at the time of delivery, we recommend getting food refrigerated within 1-2 hours of delivery (especially during hotter summer months) in order to ensure food safety.
How do I return the bag and ice pack from delivery? Our standard procedure is to pick up your previous order’s bag and ice pack when dropping off your next order. If you don’t plan to order the following week, or are placing a one-time order, please contact us and we’ll have a driver pick up your bag/ice pack on Sunday during deliveries between 10am and 4pm. We reuse bags/ice packs in order to reduce our footprint, and we need your help in getting them back!
Do you cater? Yes we do! Our all-star professional chefs have years of catering experience from large-scale events/banquets (weddings, corporate parties, etc.) to casual office lunches and elegant private dinners. We’d love to help make your event unforgettable. (NOTE: Due to COVID-19, our catering operation is temporarily scaled back. Please email us to see if we’re able to accommodate your event)
Are you available for private dinners? Yes! We’re available for custom menus and high-quality, intimate, and luxurious in-home dinners. Contact us for pricing.
Where are you located? Do you have a storefront I can visit? Our kitchen is located in Lincoln, and we do not currently have a storefront. At this time, we are delivery only.
How do I sign up for subscription? When placing your order, choose the “subscribe and save” option. You’ll be automatically charged each Saturday morning and receive a delivery each Sunday.
What are the benefits of being on subscription? For every order after your second order, you’ll save 10%. Subscription also helps you to avoid forgetting to place your order before our 10AM Saturday cutoff!
How often am I charged? You’ll be charged every Saturday morning. Please advise of any modifications you need to make to your account before Saturday each week.
How do I edit my account details (address, payment info, etc.)? You’ll need to create a profile on our website (even if you’ve already “signed up” by purchasing your subscription). Go to this page and click “create account.” Using the email you used for your subscription purchase, create an account. From there, you can log in and edit details such as address/contact info changes, meal set type and quantity, credit card info, and order dates. You can also email us at email@example.com and we will assist you in making any of these changes.
I want to skip a delivery. How do I do that? You can either email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or log into your profile (as explained above) and go to “manage subscription” and “view details.”
I want to cancel my account. How do I do that? We’ll be sad to see you go! Email us at email@example.com or log into your profile as explained above to cancel your account.
I previously cancelled my account and want to resume deliveries. How do I do that? Glad to have you back! Shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll re-activate your subscription.
